I ordered from pictage and immediately canceled. When I spoke to them they said 8-10 days to see a refund. The refund showed up the next day, however the problem is that they charged my account twice for the order.

I have contacted them 3 times about this and the mistake still has not been corrected.

The other issue is that their customer service is horrible! They are rude and when I called to let them know about the mistake they put me on hold for 25 minutes. In total I was on the phone for 45 minutes and only spoke for a combined total of 5 minutes because of all the times and length they put me on hold.

One man told me he was transfering me to the "billing" department. I have come to the conclusion there is no such thing as the "billing" department. When I finally got transfered the person I spoke to "Alfred" could not tell me what his department was and would not say yes or no to being the billing department. After the call I did not feel that my issue was going to get resolved.

I would highly recommend that anyone looking into thier services to avoid working with them in anyway - whether you are a photographer - or consumer looking to order prints from them. They charge a lot of money and provide horrible service.
